ITConsulting Inc. has multiple openings for the position of IAM Analyst (Ref# IAM620SR) to work in Irving, TX and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Travel and/or relocation required.

Job Duties: Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements for various Identity & Access Management (IAM) domains such as Access Certification, Identity Lifecycle Management, and analytics. Create IAM governance collaterals such as policy, procedures, standards, and guidelines, role types and user access reviews. etc. Understand operational, regulatory, and other risks related to the area of access and identity lifecycle services. Work independently with business stakeholders to capture IAM use cases and define IAM processes. Effectively interact and communicate with business partners, understand, and document client requirements. Manage multiple dependencies between IAM projects and deployments. Ensure IAM solutions align to the requirements / processes. Drive and support Access Certification campaigns and navigate across business stakeholders, technical stakeholders, and process requirements to meet deadlines. Effectively use Office suite tools including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for documentation and Microsoft Visio, Tableau, and Microsoft Power BI for charting and illustrations development. Develop automated processes using a scripting language, preferably PowerShell for automation. Use Active Directory, LDAP, and other directory services to manage user accounts and access control. Use SQL Server, Oracle, and/or MySQL for managing user data, configurations, and access policies. Use SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow to configure, manage, and monitor IAM processes. Use ticketing systems including ServiceNow and JIRA to track and manage user access requests, incidents, and change management processes.

Requirements: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field. Plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years in a related occupation including Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related experience. Position requires 2 years of experience with documenting requirements, Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, SailPoint IdentityIQ, and ServiceNow. 40hrs/week.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Verify stability, interoperability, portability, security, or scalability of system architecture.
• Develop SDLC process requirements analysis, quality control testing, deployment, and integration.
• Collaborate with engineers or software developers to map business requirements, design customized solutions and ability to handle pressure, prepare test cases, analyze business practices, and define optimal procedures or practices.
